After 1.5 years of construction, the topping-out ceremony for the construction project, which is estimated to cost 25 million euros, was held on July 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connected to the store by a 2-storey intermediate building, the 22-metre-high structure will house the IT headquarters of the pan-European company from May 2024. The architects from AX5 designed the 6-storey building plus underground car park with a gross floor area of 8,000 m\u00b2 in classic solid construction with red clinker brick. The floor plan design ensures the required flexible room layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The engineering team Trebes carried out the structural design LP 1-6.
