{"id":7123,"date":"2024-10-27T08:59:44","date_gmt":"2024-10-27T07:59:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trebes.de\/?p=7123"},"modified":"2026-05-11T08:12:50","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T06:12:50","slug":"new-replacement-building-over-the-schleswiger-muehlenbach-completed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trebes.mainet.care\/en\/ersatzneubau-ueber-den-schleswiger-muehlenbach-fertiggestellt\/","title":{"rendered":"New replacement structure over the Schleswiger M\u00fchlenbach completed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For decades, a foot and cycle path bridge has spanned the M\u00fchlenbach stream at Polierteich in Schleswig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a structural inspection of the old vaulted bridge in 2018 revealed serious damage to the superstructure, we were commissioned with the project and structural planning as well as the construction supervision of a new structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on a neighboring bridge, the city of Schleswig opted for a low-maintenance, unobtrusive corrugated steel tube structure that blends in well with the natural surroundings. Accordingly, the adjacent path surface of graded mineral mixture (= Grandweg) continues over the bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction work was carried out in cooperation with the N\u00fcbel water and soil association.
