Our building physics services cover all aspects of determining the energy balance of buildings and thus create the data basis for reducing emissions.

  • Determining the energy requirements of buildings

  • Berücksichtigung Raum­heizung/-kühlung, Warm­wasser­erzeugung. Betrieb Lüftungsanlagen, Strom­verbrauch (z. B. Heizungs­pumpen, Heiz­kessel, Regler)

  • Prüfung der Vorgaben für Luftaustausch/ Wärme­brücken-Minimierung (Gebäude­ecken/geringe Dämmung)

  • Preparation of energy performance certificates (regulation for rentals and sales)

"Buildings account for around 35 percent of energy consumption in Germany. They are currently responsible for around 120 million tons of the greenhouse gas CO2 per year. These emissions would have to be reduced by more than 40 percent in order to achieve the climate protection targets by 2030 and to become less dependent on energy imports."
