- Successfully completed civil engineering studies (Dr.-Ing., Dipl.-Ing., M.Eng., M.Sc., B.Eng., B.Sc.)
- Several years of professional experience as a site manager in building construction or civil engineering
- Forward-looking and economic/cost-oriented thinking and action
- Independent, structured way of working, organizational talent and ability to work in a team
- Initiative, assertiveness, strong communication and consulting skills
- Class B driving license for the company car
- IT skills in MS Office and ORCA AVA desirable
- Willingness for further training
Your tasks:
- Independent handling of civil engineering projects in work phases 6 to 8
- On-site construction supervision - mainly in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg
- Checking offers, supplements and invoices
- Cost control
- Date control
